The Role


  • Mentor high-achieving students as they navigate every stage of the college application journey.

  • Provide expert guidance on selecting schools, crafting compelling essays, and building standout applications.

  • Help students develop essential skills — critical thinking, communication, and strategy — that set them apart.

  • Collaborate with a diverse, international team dedicated to ethical, student-centered counseling.

Who We’re Looking For


A strong academic foundation — Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in education, college counseling, or a related field.

Ability to commit to 2 years in China.

A passion for excellence, cultural exchange, and student success.
