We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Art to join our team in September 2026. FPS is proud to be an inclusive, values-driven school, with students representing over 90 nationalities. Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Art or equivalent.
Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Strong classroom practice with proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.
Willingness to contribute to wider school life and professional learning culture.

GEMS FirstPoint School (FPS), opened in 2014, is positioned in the heart of The Villa community, which is an established, green, residential development located 20 minutes from the centre of Dubai. It is a Premium British Curriculum School, providing an excellent standard of education for over 1700 students from FS1 to Year 13, with exciting plans to add to its state-of-the-art educational facilities in the coming years.
