Job Overview

This role focuses on teaching A Level Business and includes Key Stage 3 and IGCSE Global Perspectives, supporting students in achieving strong academic outcomes, while also contributing to collaborative planning and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach A Level Business, preparing students for external examinations 

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that develop analytical and evaluation skills 

• Support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and intervention 

• Contribute to Global Perspective teaching, including KS3 and IGCSE year levels

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support student achievement 

• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development 

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Education or a relevant bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role at an international school

• Recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE with QTS or an equivalent licence

• Understanding of the Cambridge International Curriculum

• Native English speaker or excellent English proficiency both spoken and written

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Commitment to Values-based Education and Enquiry Learning

• Experience teaching A Level Business
