Job Overview:
The Head of Performing Arts will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging performing arts program that inspires students and promotes creativity across drama, music, art and photography. This leadership role requires collaboration with staff to enhance curriculum delivery while maintaining high standards aligned with the UK curriculum framework.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Arts, Education, or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years’ experience teaching performing arts within a secondary/high school setting
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum for performing arts, arts subjects
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams or departments preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Ability to design innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Competence in organizing performances, events, and extracurricular activities related to performing arts/arts
