About the Role

This role includes teaching Computer Science across Key Stage 3, Cambridge IGCSE, and AS/A Level, with the opportunity to contribute to the development of cross-disciplinary pathways, including links with Business and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Computer Science across KS3–KS5

• Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Computer Science assessments

• Develop engaging lessons covering programming, computational thinking, and digital systems

• Support students in applying computing skills to real-world and interdisciplinary contexts

• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities (e.g., coding clubs, competitions)

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and innovative learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE with QTS or equivalent)

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international school setting

• Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level Computer Science

• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
