Addison Primary School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Head Teacher (DHT) to join our leadership team from September 2026.  This is an exciting opportunity, for an ambitious Senior Leader, which also presents with a leadership pathway to headship. 

Located in the heart of West London, within easy reach of Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush, our diverse and vibrant school community was judged Outstanding by Ofsted in February 2025.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing school with a strong reputation and a clear commitment to continuous improvement.

As DHT (with teaching responsibility), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school.  Working closely with the Head Teacher & Governors, you will:
  • Lead and further develop outstanding teaching and learning

  • Drive school improvement priorities with measurable impact

  • Develop and coach staff, building leadership capacity at all levels

  • Ensure high standards of achievement, behaviour and inclusion

  • Contribute to the day-to-day leadership and organisational running of the school
