The available role provides a great opportunity for an existing experienced teacher looking to progress their career into a leadership role.

· Have a proven track record of impact in your teaching career to date.
· Possess outstanding subject knowledge and passion for your subject.

1. Education staff CPD opportunities and Leadership Development via internal development courses and NPQs. All are fully funded courses.

It’s similar to the 'Blue Light' card but is totally free for education staff (as well as their families) to sign up to. 3. Academy staff can utilise a Car Benefit Scheme where staff can lease a new car at very competitive prices
