We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as a 3rd Line Technical Services Engineer. This key role will lead the support and maintenance of the trust’s cloud technologies and infrastructure. Working on many large-scale projects with other technical experts driving improvements, keeping systems running in an efficient and effective manner, increasing customer satisfaction to ensure that all our customers, whether they be staff or students, to have the opportunity achieve their potential.   


The Opportunity

The ideal candidate

  • Experience of IT focused project management
  • An enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of network fault finding
  • Has a passion for IT and supporting users
  • Experience of supporting large scale enterprise networks
