Salary: £29,700 to £31,731 per annum pro rata (ie £25,287 to £27.017 Actual salary) 

Hours: 36 hpw - term-time only 

Start Date: January 2023

To develop and offer mentoring support on a one-to-one or small group basis in order to achieve their full potential. To help students identify why they are underperforming and identify strategies to improve their performance.

Our academic mentors work flexibly and sensitively with staff, families and students to support student attendance and student attainment.
