6th Form Administrative Assistant 36 hours per week term time only plus one week to be worked in the summer holiday during enrolment and exam results time. Scale H4 (£19,917 pa which pro rata is £17,395 pa).
Required for a September start, a conscientious, committed and reliable person to provide administrative support in our thriving 6th Form. This is an outstanding opportunity for a person who wants a highly rewarding and varied job, interacting with a number of different stakeholders in an educational setting: no two days will be the same.
You will be a vital part of the 6th Form Team and the work you do will be essential to ensuring all the events organised for the 6th Form run smoothly. You will be part of an enthusiastic, caring, supportive and friendly network of colleagues. You must have excellent organisational skills and be confident with Word and Excel. You must also be committed to the safeguarding of young people.
Nower Hill 6th Form was rated as Outstanding at our last Ofsted inspection. In their report Ofsted stated that “students learn exceptionally well and acquire knowledge rapidly. They are exceptionally well prepared for the next stage of their education.”
