You will be supported by a wider leadership team who have a diverse range of skills and who know the young people, families and context well. We want to achieve the very highest standards of teaching and learning in preparing our young people for adulthood..

We have been awarded NAS advanced accreditation and are a MOVE centre of excellence. We have designed and implemented our own ground breaking personalised assessment system. Willow Dene is part of the unique Compass Partnership of Schools, enabling us to forge meaningful mainstream links that benefit both children and staff. Willow Dene will be extending its age range from a school for children aged 2-16 to include 6th Form in September 2023.
Willow Dene prioritises safeguarding and welfare of all children and young people attending the school. As the duties of these posts involve regular contact with children, any offer to the successful candidates will be conditional upon an Enhanced Disclosure being obtained via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
