Salary: UCL Academy Pay Scale 5, SP22-25 (£23,895 - £25,875), pro rata to £20,759 - £22, 479 term time only
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time - possibility of extension for another academic year for the right candidate

We seek to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Academic Coach with the vision and passion to provide inspirational coaching in Maths to students at our popular and oversubscribed STEM specialist academy.
The successful Academic Coach will support students’ academic development and progress in Numeracy and Maths. With your previous experience of working with students in a support role you will establish productive working relationships and one to one coaching relationships with students, acting as a role model and setting high expectations, whilst supporting them in their action plans and to overcome barriers to their academic learning. A passion for child-centred learning especially for students with complex needs is essential.
