An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Health and Social Care team as an Academic Coach.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and inspiring person to support our learners with their studies.

You will provide support through timetabled group sessions where you will help learners develop their skills and understanding to underpin the main vocational programme. This role requires industry specialist experience that could be drawn from any relevant role within the sector.  

You will work closely with subject lecturers to help monitor and maintain high levels of student attendance, retention and achievement across the area.

The successful candidate will hold a higher level qualification of at least level 3.  You must hold a qualification in English and mathematics at minimum Level 2. 

Good administration and interpersonal skills are essential.
