St Paul’s Way Trust School is a highly successful ‘Through School’ and ‘National Teaching School’ rated outstanding in four Ofsted category’s. Working closely with our university trust partners – Queen Mary University, King’s College, Warwick University, University of Greenwich, University College London and the University of East London – we offer a broad and balanced curriculum for our students.
The Trustees and Governors are seeking to appoint well-qualified and talented Academic Coaches to support student progress in Maths.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, a professional and approachable manner to support our students reach their full potential, and a desire to explore the possibility of a career in education.
Key Tasks will include:
To provide ongoing support for students and staff, teachers and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for targeted students across all Key Stages
To monitor and be accountable for progress of allocated students
To plan and deliver sessions aimed to develop students’ revision and organisation
To encourage students to become independent, to ensure their safety and welfare and support the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life.
