About the role 

The Fashion Retail Academy are currently in a new phase of growth and we have an opportunity for a proactive and positive Senior Administrative Officer to support the Quality and Assurance (QAE) Department.  

A summary of what’s involved:  

  • Actively ensuring The FRA’s portfolio of courses meet set requirements and guidance.
  • Take full ownership of ensuring quality assurance mechanisms are effectively implemented and meet required standards and frameworks.  
  • Actively participating in ensuring a high-quality student experience is maintained. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the requirements of internal and external quality assurance and regulatory frameworks, processes and procedures in UK Education. 

About you 

  • You actively set personal targets and take pride in managing your own workload.
  • Possess strong organisation and communication skills. 
  • You hold previous experience of working in an administrative role within education setting or similar.
  • You are comfortable dealing with confidential information and have good.communication and time management skills. 
  • A natural collaborator and team player.
