Job overview

Could you be our Academy Business Manager? You would lead and manage the key business functions at two of our primary academies in West Yorkshire.

Your strategic vision, passion and commitment would be crucial in this role. You would focus on the leadership and management of finance, premises, HR, administration and health and safety. You will be integral to the effective operations at both academies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management and possess relevant qualifications in this field, along with experience of HR/people processes, ideally having worked in one or more schools or Local Authorities. The post holder must also have excellent communication and wider interpersonal skills; confidently securing buy-in, with the ability to both lead teams and work as a member of one effectively.

This is an excellent career development opportunity for a commercially minded individual with a strong track record to work in a successful forward-looking organisation; supporting the continued success by ensuring that the non-academic functions support high-quality teaching, learning and working for all students and colleagues.

Interviews will be held on Friday 22nd July.

For a discussion about the role, please contact Karine Hendley at karine.hendley@coopacademies.co.uk

Completed applications should be returned to centralrecruitment@coopacademies.co.uk  before the closing deadline of Monday 18th July at 12 noon.
