Academy Council Governance Professional - South West 

Location:  Meetings can be clerked remotely, however, the successful candidate will be expected to attend one school meeting per year in person.

Salary: £48,000 pro rata

Permanent, Part-time 

12 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

AET Schools is establishing brand new Academy Councils at each of its 57 schools from September 2022. We require a Governance Professional to clerk Academy meetings for 9 schools in the South West. Barton Hill Academy, Broadlands Academy, Brockworth Academy, Hazelwood Academy, Offa's Mead Academy,  Ryde Academy, The Ridge Academy & Winton Academy. 

You will provide effective administrative support to the council, ensuring the council is properly constituted.  You will also be managing information effectively in accordance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be confident in their approach and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
