 Loughborough College is renowned as a Centre of Excellence for Sport, Exercise and Fitness. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual to work within our Sport Department with specific area of responsibility within our Academy of Sport. 

The successful individual will play a key role in the delivery, management and quality assurance of our Women’s High Performance Rugby Union Programme. This work will involve working closely with Loughborough University and the growing partnership the programme has with the professional unit within Loughborough Lightning. The role requires the successful individual to lead on the development and delivery of the programme in line with the RFU’s player development pathway as well as the Loughborough Lightning programme. 

A Degree in a relevant subject area as well as the relevant coaching qualifications and training are essential requirements of the post. Leadership experience and experience of elite sport are also key requirements.
