Job overview
- Lead and coordinate non-teaching operations, including administration, compliance, health and safety, parental engagement, and whole-school logistics.
- Provide line management to operational leads and drive a culture of professionalism and high standards across all support teams.
- Act as the bridge between strategic priorities and day-to-day delivery, ensuring that school improvement plans are supported by robust systems.
- Work closely with the Headteacher and Trust central teams to ensure operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned to educational outcomes.
- Proven leadership and management experience in an operational or business support role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex systems and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, parents and external partners.

Kingsway Park High School was established in 2010 and joined the Altus Education Partnership in February 2022. We are now a very popular oversubscribed school in central Rochdale with 1350 students in Years 7-11 and 190 staff.
