Accounts Office Manager

Applications are invited for the post of Accounts Office Manager at The Royal Masonic School for Girls. RMS is an independent, day and boarding school with a supportive and nurturing ethos. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Bursar, the Accounts Office Manager has a key support role in the managing, controlling and reporting of the school’s finances, with a turnover in excess of £15m pa. The successful candidate will manage a team of four other members of Accounts Office staff.
A sound grasp of financial principles, attention to detail and a customer focused approach will be required. Excellent line management and inter-personal skills are essential as is the ability to work effectively as a member of the bursarial and wider school team.
