Millfield School is seeking an Account Receivables Assistant to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing financial operations and delivering exceptional service.

As an Accounts Receivables Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with invoice processing, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

The Fees department are a small but busy team, and the successful applicant will therefore need to be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and be an excellent communicator, highly organised and able to keep calm under pressure. Essential skills also include strong numeracy skills, proficiency in Excel and outstanding attention for details.

This is a year-round role working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

In return, you will receive a salary of £20,000 – £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience) along with an array of staff benefits, including freshly prepared lunches for a nominal fee of just £10 per month, generous holiday entitlement, access to the school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
