We are seeking a committed, outstanding teacher to lead a very enthusiastic and supportive team throughout the academy from Year 7 through to Year 13.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an individual who has outstanding teaching ability and who is ambitious not only for their own classes but for all students. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a thriving and dynamic team in order to build on its consistent excellent examination results. You should be results driven, data focused, resilient and challenging of your team whilst being supportive in order to get the best from them. You need not have run a department before, but you should have a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning which has led to the very best outcomes for students, along with strong behaviour management skills.
