This is an exciting opportunity for someone who recognises the potential learning music has for increasing achievement and attainment across the curriculum. We are looking to build music as a key driving force through our school’s new curriculum model. We are at the start of this amazing journey and you will have the opportunity to shape this work, leading to potential opportunities across the Trust.

Your role would be as follows:
· To secure outstanding progress and achievement across the school for Music
· To demonstrate outstanding teaching and learning practice and develop outstanding practice in others by developing imaginative and effective schemes of learning, effective resourcing, sharing good practice and tracking student’s progress
· To develop programmes, enrichments or schemes that specifically support and develop students’ character through your specified area
