Job overview
Uppingham School Sports Centre is looking for a calm and confident individual to coordinate a range of children’s activities including the Swim School programme, children's courses, holiday schemes and summer activities.
You will oversee the effective delivery of these schemes, activities and programmes, ensuring that the administration, re-enrolment and re-booking processes are followed and communicated to parents and staff. You will also make sure that all swimming teachers, coaches and activity leaders fulfil their duties and responsibilities, adhering to lesson plans, targets and objectives.
An up to date First Aid qualification is essential, whilst an additional SEQ Swim Teacher Level 2, NVW Level 2 Childcare and Level 1 Coaching qualification/certificate would be desirable. You will provide previous leisure industry experience, as well as experience of developing and coordinating programmes.
