Job overview

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced teacher who is committed to improving teaching, learning and enhancing student outcomes to be our Additional Needs Coordinator. Your role will be to lead on the development and delivery of high quality learning support systems across the age and ability range to meet the needs of our young people, especially those with special educational needs.

Ysgol y Grango is a thriving and popular school serving the villages of Rhosllanerchruchog, Ponciau, Johnstown and Penycae. Standards of behaviour are high, the staff are superb and parents are actively involved and highly supportive.

Ysgol y Grango is an English-medium, 11-16 secondary school located in the village of Rhosllanerchrugog, Wrexham. As Ysgol y Grango does not have a sixth form, students typically transfer to Coleg Cambria in Wrexham when they reach the end of their time at Grango.
