Cadbury Sixth Form College is seeking to appoint an experienced Additional Learning Support Co-ordinator from 30th August 2017. Reporting to the Vice Principal – Curriculum & Quality, this is a key post within our ALS team, responsible for the identification, diagnosis and support of students with SpLD.

Applicants must have QTS or a recognised teaching qualification for Post-16 students together with the National SENCO Award or other specialist learning support qualification. Teaching experience at KS4 or KS5, with a proven track record of supporting students with SpLD will also be essential. Please see the job description for full details of duties and requirements.

The successful candidate will be placed on an appropriate point of the Sixth Form Colleges’ Pay Spine for teaching staff, within the range £26,082 - £38,364 pa, according to qualifications and experience.
