We need your vision, experience, energy and drive to build our ARP. The 21 place unit for children with Social, Communication and Language Needs (Primarily ASD) will open in September 2019.
The ARP Lead will be responsible for establishing and leading the provision and ensuring that the ARP is fully integrated resource of Willow Tree Primary School.
You will need:
- Successful experience of working with children with Language and Communication Needs including Autism.
- An ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A passion for the inclusive education for all.
- The National Award in Special Education Needs Coordination or be willing to study for this.
