Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to use your administration experience and experience of using reprographics equipment (ie, photocopiers) to join a dynamic team and play a key role delivering a high quality and cost effective reprographics service.
You will assist staff and students by providing a wide range of printed materials, including bulk photocopying, booklets and laminating, as well as replenishing stock levels (paper/card/laminating materials etc.).
If you have a good level of IT skill, a willingness to undertake further training if necessary, and a customer focused approach, we would be delighted to hear from you.
The working hours are 3pm – 7pm, Monday - Friday (20 hours per week), 40 weeks per year (generally term time, plus 2 weeks). The actual salary is £8,490 - £8,995 pa and a recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.
