Thorpe Hesley Primary School is seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Administrator to support both of our busy school offices.

About the Role

You will play an important part in the smooth day-to-day running of our school. The role involves providing administrative support to staff, managing enquiries from parents and visitors, maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office duties. You will also provide basic first aid and medical care for pupils with specific health needs, with full training provided. The post will begin as soon as possible and is subject to a three-month probationary period.

About You

You will be friendly, organised and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong IT skills and experience using a range of software applications are essential, along with previous administrative experience. Experience of working in a school office would be an advantage.

Applicants should hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above in English and Maths. You will be flexible, reliable, and willing to undertake further training as required.
