Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their best?
We are seeking to appoint a highly efficient and accurate Admin Assistant with a positive attitude to join our Office Team and provide admin and rotational support for a range of areas within the school.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing general administrative support to the school including front line reception
Telephone calls, responding to emails and response follow ups
Using our school based information system Arbor on a daily basis
Supporting senior leaders, teachers and other staff with administrative tasks.
About You
Confident, proactive and adaptable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Well organised
Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
Previous experience working in an educational setting would be an advantage but not essential

To contribute to the overall vision and ethos of the school ensuring the best standards possible for students and staff.
To be aware of and support differences and to ensure equal opportunities for all.
