Job overview
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to work 19 hours a week over 3 days for term time only (38 weeks). The hours are 08:00 to 15:00 for 2 days a week and 08:00 to 14:30 for 1 day including 30 mins for lunch.
The applicant must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently and flexibility is key to this role due to covering different areas within the busy Admin Department. Knowledge of Word is essential and some knowledge of other Microsoft Office programmes is desirable although training can be given.
Some of the duties include:-
§ Reception cover
§ General admin and typing
§ Taking phone calls
§ Other duties as and when required
§ Flexibility and resilience are key qualities for this position.
