Job overview
The Howard School is seeking to appoint a highly effective part time Administrative Assistant to provide support in all operational aspects, and to manage the core administration of the school, working within a busy school environment, to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will assist the school office and play a crucial role in supporting the administrative function of the school. You will need to be a highly motivated team player and have the ability to relate well to young people. You will need to be self-motivated with a good attention to detail, well organised and able to support the office teams, in a busy school environment. The successful candidate should have excellent IT, communication and admin skills.
This role is a 22.5 hour (3 days) per week role, working all year round. The salary for this role will range between £12,713.40 – £14,432.40 per annum (NJC D2 points 4 - 11 (FTE £21,189 - £24,054), subject to experience.
