18.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Mon & Tues 8am - 3.30pm Weds 8am - 12.30pm)
Severn View Primary Academy caters for children from ages 4-11 and there are approximately 75 children on our register. We are a mainstream academy in Gloucestershire, overlooking Stroud, with a spacious site, stunning views and amazing facilities which together help to create a wealth of learning opportunities for our children. Within our catchment area we have been ranked top in academic achievement out of the 6 schools that serve this area.
We are looking to appoint a conscientious, dedicated individual to manage the efficient and effective running of the general office. This will include complex administrative procedures as one of the academies main points of public contact, as well as the centre of daily administration contact.
- Have excellent organisation and planning skills
- Possess excellent IT skills
- Have the ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods
- Strong attention to detail
