Admin Assistant
30 hours per week, term time only. Fixed term until 31.08.2022
Salary Scale: Grade 3, SCP 4-6 £18,933 - £19,698 FTE Pro-rata salary £13,030 - £13,556
We are looking for a well-organised and efficient person to provide administrative support to staff and students at St Aldhelm’s Academy.
You will assist students and parents with their enquiries, dealing with a high volume of phone calls and support with our on-call radio system. You will help cover reception, attendance, data and exams duties as required. You will also be responsible for updating our website, social media platforms and bi-termly Newsletter. We are looking for someone who is confident using Excel and is a real team player, happy to help out wherever needed.
Prior experience of SIMS would be an advantage but training will be provided.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people.
