Admin Assistant

Are you highly motivated, well organised and thrive in an ever changing and busy environment? Then Rainhill High is the place for you. 

We are looking to appoint a highly efficient and accurate Administrator with a positive attitude to join our Office Team and provide admin and rotational clerical support for a range of areas within the school including HR and SEN. 

The successful candidate will have worked in a busy office environment and have excellent interpersonal skills, be computer literate and able to multi task. As well as working as part of a team, you will also be expected to use your own initiative and will have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. 

Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.

This post is a one year fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
