Location: Cambridge   

We are currently seeking an experienced admin manager to oversee our team of Senior Administrators and to manage the busy administration office, providing support to curriculum staff and the team of Directors. The primary duties of this post will be to lead the team to complete a range of administrative tasks and projects and to liaise between the Directors and other departments for the collation and dissemination of information.  

The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, organised and with the ability to manage their own workload and delegate as appropriate. They must also be willing to work as part of a team and contribute to the planning and smooth running of college events, providing a high level of customer service to staff, students and visitors.  It is essential that the applicant has a high standard of IT and problem solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail. They must also have strong written, communication and time management skills and must also be able to work well under pressure.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre. The college also plays host to a number of vocational teaching workshops and study areas.
