ADMINISTRATION OFFICER ASSISTANT
Hours: 12 per week - Tuesday & Thursday 8.45am - 3.15pm (1/2 hour lunch)
Term time only: 38 weeks per year
Salary: Scale Point 6 - £9.94 per hour (£5,188 per year)
Start date - 02 December 2019, fixed for 1 year
The school is seeking to appoint a committed and conscientious administrator who will embrace working in our vibrant school office. The post requires excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with children, colleagues, parents and visitors. The candidate will provide an efficient and courteous reception service, as well as delivering confidential, efficient and flexible administrative support within our busy office.
Applicants should possess IT skills, Microsoft Office 365 package is essential, along with a good working knowledge of administration and experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of SIMs and finance packages (SAGE) would be an advantage but training will be given.
You should be friendly, welcoming and possess attention to detail. You should be able to multitask, work on your own initiative and be part of a team.
