Admin Officer

Iqra VA Primary School is a one-form entry Voluntary Aided Islamic school. It has been judged ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in the recent Ofsted inspection (December 2017). 

We are now looking for an experienced Admin Officer to join our exciting school and be part of our outstanding achievements.

To be a successful applicant, you will be enthusiastic, innovative and experienced Admin Officer who will join our highly supportive and enthusiastic admin and school team. 

The successful applicant will be: 

• Educated to degree  level  
• Have good communication skills   
• Have excellent word processing and a high level of computer literacy   
• Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines 
• Able to keep accurate records in a methodical manner 
• Able to act on own initiative and also as part of a team 
• Able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and tact 
• Able to identify and implement improvements in existing systems 
• Have experience of Microsoft Office Word and Excel   
• Have experience of working in a busy office with varying and often unpredictable workloads   
• Have an understanding and commitment to Equality and Diversity, safeguarding and Health and Safety.
