The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with good administration skills, who is passionate and enthusiastic about working within a college environment.
Key Role and Responsibilities
The receptionist will have responsibility for day-to-day reception duties, as well as various administrative tasks including supporting the monitoring of student attendance. The individual will be highly organised and have a proactive approach, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and respect in relation to confidentiality in all matters relating to the College. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ideally the candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist carrying out administrative tasks.
