Location: Hayes, Middlesex
Work Pattern: 3 hours per day with the possibility of more hours in the future.
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated and capable person to work in our busy reception/academy office.
Key duties will include assisting the Admin Officer with general administrative duties including but not limited to: texts to parents, data entry, compiling and collating staff and parent questionnaires, filing paperwork and organising our volunteers.
The successful candidate will also assist with reception duties including answering the telephone, dealing with face to face enquiries and signing people in and out of the building.
The ideal candidate will have excellent office, organisational and inter personal skills combined with a flexible, confident approach. They will need to be able to be highly accurate and efficient and maintain high standards in all aspects of their role.
We require someone with excellent front of house skills who will present a positive image to teachers, pupils and parents with a clear telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure. As one of the first points of contact for the school, you will create a friendly but professional impression to our visitors.
