Monday to Friday 9.00am to 2.45pm (includes 15  minute break)

Salary Scale D2, points 7 to 9

(£22,377 to £23,187 per annum* pro-rata)

Actual Salary: £15,254 to £15,807 per annum.


We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our busy admin team to start as soon as possible.

You will be required to provide admin support to the whole school, the successful candidate will need to; have excellent word processing skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), be able to take minutes of regular school meetings, have a flexible methodical approach to work, enjoy multi-tasking on a daily basis, be extremely organised and be able to prioritise workload and be a motivated team player is essential. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.

You will be required to support in the admissions process for the school in conjunction with the Senior Administrative Officer and the Royal Borough of Kingston School Admissions Department.  Admissions experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.  

The successful candidate is expected to be a First Aider, and will be required to undertake initial and regular training for this role.
