An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced and professional team at Solihull College and University Centre on an apprentice programme leading to a rewarding career. We are seeking an assured and customer-focused individual to join the Faculty Office Administrative Team. Based in a busy office, you will act as a point of contact for students and teaching staff and undertake a range of administration tasks as part of the Faculty Office function. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, teamed with excellent customer service and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note candidates with a Level 4 qualification or above will not be eligible to apply for this position due to the criteria of the apprenticeship.
