Salary –  £18,065 FTE – Pay award pending (£15,466 pro rata)

Term time only, Monday to Friday - plus 3 days in school holidays

8.00am to 3.30 pm or 9.00 am to 4.30 pm (negotiable)

This is an opportunity to take on a vital role in the school with the scope to make a difference. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to support the busy school administration function.

An understanding of school systems and experience of working in a school setting is desirable, but it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multi-task and work flexibly. You should be able to prioritise work, have good organisational skills and work with a high degree of confidentiality. You should have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have a flair for photography and social media.

Our School

The Queen Katherine School is situated on the edge of the stunning Lake District; we are an 11-18 Academy with approximately 1000 students. The school was rated Good by Ofsted in March 2022. Our results reflect the school’s incredible success: top 7% in the country for A level (grades A-B) and top 25% for Progress 8 at GCSE. We have fantastic facilities all located on one, large site providing a vibrant and healthy learning space.
