The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

To be responsible directly to the Office Manager for the efficient operation of administration functions of the school as well as providing effective and efficient services to the school and prospective parents.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good literacy and communication skills to work in our busy reception and provide administration support across the Academy.

You will need to have excellent computer skills, good knowledge of Google drive, docs and sheets, with the ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines and priorities work under pressure.

A knowledge of Google Chrome would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.

The post holder has day to day contact with the Headteacher, staff, pupils, parents and Governors, as well as staff from Swale Academies Trust, other agencies, other schools, the local community and representatives of a wide variety of goods and services.
