We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the Administration functions of the school. You will undertake a variety of general office duties as directed by the Office Manager. This will include production of correspondence, dealing with telephone enquiries, filing, post and reception duties. You will promote the use of online forms of communication with staff, parents and carers to reduce reliance on paper driven systems. You will support the Attendance Officer when required to ensure that timely information is available. You will also be required to carry out First Aid duties – appropriate training will be given. 

To be successful, you will need to be qualified to Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) including English and Maths. You will have good IT and presentation skills, together with excellent communication skills. Experience of working in administration is essential and experience of school administration would be an advantage.
