Grade 3 (Scp 3 - 5) £20,812 - £21,575 FTE – Actual Salary Range £17,878 - £18,534

Grade 4 (Scp 5 - 7) £21,575 – £22,369 FTE – Actual Salary Range £18,534 - £19,216

The grade upon appointment will be dependent upon the depth of knowledge and experience of the candidate.

Term time only - 37 hours per week + 5 days

Fixed Term Contract for 1 year in line with funding agreement (expected end date of post 31st August 2024)

The Vantage Teaching School Hub is a professional teaching community of regional, national and international partners who provide training and development at all career stages in education.

The Trust are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant for Vantage Teaching School Hub. This role will work alongside the Business Manager of Vantage Teaching School Hub and support other members of the Teaching School Hub Team. The Administration Assistant of the Teaching School Hub will be a skilled administrator and have high level organisational skills.

The suitable candidate will provide efficient administration to all functions of the VTSH including the DfE approved programmes we provide for teachers and leaders at all career stages.

The ability to engage and manage partner relations, forward planning and prioritising work with a high level of accuracy are essential requirements for this post. The role will also require the successful candidate to be able to travel across the region to attend events and meet delegates with other members of the VTSH team.
