The Chief Executive Officer of The Donaldson’s Trust, Linlithgow, invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the post of Administration Assistant.

The Trust is now seeking a dynamic and creative individual to take on the role of Administration Assistant with an interest or experience within education or care.   Reporting to the Administration Manager the successful candidate will provide efficient support to the trust and will require excellent organisation and time management skills as well as proven experience of working within a busy and multi-disciplined function.   

Applications are invited from self-motivated individuals who enjoy working on their own as well as part of a team.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi task and cope well under pressure are essential qualities, as is the ability to produce high quality, accurate work to strict deadlines. 

Experience within a generalist administration or education or care environment would be desirable.   

This is a hands on role and requires someone with a pro-active approach who is able to form good working relationships with people at all levels to assist in shaping the future of the trust.
