Job overview
Manage the central stationery and resources requests and common learning resources for the school
Maintain accurate, real-time data entry of all inventory movement (entry and issue) via the school’s electronic system related to the procurement department.
Facilitate and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring that pedagogical resources arrive on time to support the learning.
To handle the petty cash for the section
To coordinate with the social media team
Coordinate the logistical requirements for internal events, workshops, and exhibitions.
Ensure all technical and physical setups are prepared to high standards to ensure event success
Liaise with external suppliers for niche services or products required for school activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Oversee the enrollment process for students into the ECA program, ensuring appropriate grouping and balance.
Ensure all compliance and safety documentation is up to date and aligns with the MOE requirements
maintain accurate attendance records for all activities
Draft and distribute formal announcements, emails, and newsletters to the school community
Ensure that student attendance and administrative records are updated daily and reflect the actual status of the school population.
To handle all phone calls in a professional manner
