Are you a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator looking for an opportunity in the education sector?

About the Role

We require a skilled and professional administrator to support the Trust’s IT team who are based at the Ransom Road Campus of the Nottingham Academy. This is a varied role and duties will include: diary management, administration, client and visitor liaison, minute taking, data gathering and production of reports. This position will not only include working alongside senior leaders within the Trust but also liaising with important stake holders so a high level of professionalism is essential.

The IT department, part of the central team, is pivotal in ensuring that this mission is achieved through working with the academies to ensure cutting edge technology is utilised and first class support is given. 

About You

To be successful you will be confident, able to ‘think on your feet’, and have experience of providing a professional administration service with a strong focus on customer service. Experience of Microsoft Office and the use of Spreadsheets to a competent level would also be advantageous. 

You should possess excellent communication, customer service and literacy skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of policies and systems. You should have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure. An interest in the IT sector would also be beneficial.
