The Holgate Academy have an exciting opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join our Business Support Team based on the main reception, undertaking a range of customer service and administrative tasks to support the operational and teaching staff.

If you are motivated to support students, demonstrate Manners, Determination and Teamwork and make a real difference you will have an opportunity to provide support in a variety of areas.

The successful candidate will:

  • Understand the importance of community
  • Be a positive role model who can build a good rapport with students and staff
  • Have the ability to organise and manage own workload and work across all business support teams
  • Deliver good level of accuracy, effective timekeeping and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Work as part of a busy team at The Holgate Academy and Hucknall Sixth Form Center.

A warm welcome to The Holgate Academy careers site. We are a large secondary academy for students aged 11-16 years based in Hucknall and, together with our partner academies, offer post 16 study at the Hucknall Sixth Form Centre.
